I can't say whether you should upgrade or not, but Pro Tools 10 is not officially supported for Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks. If you do decide to try upgrading, there are a few noted issues (all of which you can read on Avid's site), the big one being that the uninstallers don't work. There could be more issues, too, but I can't say for sure since I have not tried it.
